NEW YORK (AP) - Investors have put a stop to a three-day losing streak on Wall Street. They've sent stocks broadly higher today with the help of a weaker dollar and some surprisingly good home-sales numbers. The major indexes have risen more than one percent. The Dow is up 133 points to a 13-month high.
