The California Highway Patrol says a driver has crashed into a telephone pole at the intersection of Noyes Road and Burkhill Lane, north of Arroyo Grande. It happened just after 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Officers are still heading to the scene, but the CHP's traffic incident page shows the pole knocked over onto the vehicle and electrical lines are down. It also shows the driver has declined medical treatment.
