Drivers encouraged to use caution at Paso Robles intersection

Drivers in Paso Robles are encouraged to use caution at the intersection of 13th Street and South River Road.
The signal lights there have been placed on flashing red. Officers estimate it will take about two hours until the problem is fixed.
