Drivers reminded of intersection closure in Goleta next week

Caltrans warns drivers in Goleta about a road closure slated for next week.
Calle Real will be closed at Cathedral Oaks beginning Monday, August 16th. The intersection will be closed until Friday, August 20th, as crews replace the Highway 101 overcrossing at Hollister Ave. and the Ellwood Overhead at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.
Detour signs will be set up to direct drivers around the project to Highway 101 on and off ramps.
Caltrans says, despite the closure, the Bacara Resort and Sandpiper Golf Course remain open for business.
