Tonight, we'll see partly cloudy skies except for patchy low clouds and fog along the beaches after midnight. Visibility could be one quarter mile or less in some spots. Lows will drop into the mid 40s to mid 50s with north winds at 15 to 25 mph.

Saturday, expect partly cloudy skies in the morning then lots of sunshine. Highs will range from the mid 60s to low 70s at the beaches to the mid 70s to low 80s inland. Winds will be out of the northeast around 15 mph.

A high pressure ridge will build and offshore flow will warm afternoon temperatures to above normal to kick off 2012 through midweek. Then, low pressure will cool us off on Thursday with a small chance of rain late in the week.
