Early Warning System sirens will be sounding off again Wednesday in San Luis Obispo County for a test.
There are 131 sirens covering the area from Cayucos to the Nipomo Mesa.
The test will last just a few seconds.
The San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services says the sirens can be used when people in the area need to take action during any type of local emergency.
Officials say nobody needs to take any action during the tests.
