Easter is coming a little early this year to some locals in need.
The Central Coast Rescue Mission is holding its annual Easter Celebration and dinner Thursday night.
On the menu: ham, potatoes, broccoli, and homemade desserts.
Children who attend will also be given Easter baskets.
Organizers say nearly 900 people are currently homeless in north Santa Barbara County.
The Easter Celebration takes place at the Santa Maria Foursquare Church, 209 N. Curryer St., at 5 p.m.
