People driving on Highway 101 near Vista Point may see a helicopter rescue from the road today, but emergency officials say it's just a planned drill.

Santa Barbara County Fire officials are planning to conduct a drill scenario where a hiker falls 150 feet from a cliff to the beach. The drill will be dispatched through scanner traffic. Fire crews will respond from their stations and a helicopter will be called to help with the rescue.
