Eureka Burger hiring event underway in SLO

San Luis Obispo's newest burger joint is kicking off its hiring process Tuesday. A hiring event started at 9 a.m. at the future location at the intersection of Marsh and Chorro Streets downtown. It will last until 1 p.m., then another session will run from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Another hiring event takes place Wednesday, also starting at 9 a.m.
The gourmet burger restaurant is expected to open in early November.
