Exposing babies to vegetables early and often may help prevent picky eaters.
British researchers gave five to 10 servings of artichoke puree to a group of babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Younger children consumed more of the artichoke, and the oldest children were the fussiest eaters.
However, most kids did eat a little more each time the food was offered.
