Family Care Network to host annual holiday open house

Hundreds of local foster children will get the chance to have fun at a holiday party.

The Family Care Network is hosting its 22nd annual holiday open house Thursday. It's for the more than 400 foster and high-needs children, youths and families in San Luis Obispo county.

Guests will get the chance to enjoy food, crafts and entertainment. The event begins at 3:00p.m. Thursday at the San Luis Obispo Nazarene Church on Johnson Ave
