Fast lane back open after deadly Cuesta Grade crash

According to Caltrans, the fast lane of northbound Highway 101 at Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo reopened at 11:45 a.m. Monday. The middle and slow lanes are still closed in the area following a deadly crash on the Cuesta Grade near Stage Coach Road.
