Fertility treatments can lead to births similar to natural rates

New research reveals live birth rates similar to those of natural fertility can be achieved through reproductive treatments like IVF.
The study of more than 250,000 women calculated the success of continued treatment, not just for one IVF attempt.
57% of women achieved a live birth through fertility treatments and 30% of all cycles ended in a live birth.
Success rates declined after the age of 38, but not for older women who used donor eggs.
