A wildfire sparked in dry brush on a ridge next to a Ventura County freeway is moving toward homes in a suburban community. Fire officials say the blaze broke out this morning along U.S. 101 in the Camarillo area, 50 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. Fast-moving flames have charred about 100 acres. There is zero containment.
