A prescribed burn in the Coon Creek area of Montana de Oro State Park that jumped its containment lines is now 15 percent contained.
According to CAL FIRE, the prescribed burn jumped containment lines because of unpredicted heavy offshore winds.
The fire is being held at 100 acres.
Crews are expected to gain the upper hand by Tuesday night.
