Man airlifted to burn center in Fresno after officials say he lit himself on fire

Five Cities Fire says a man lit himself on fire near Olohan Alley and Short Street in downtown Arroyo Grande Monday afternoon.
Fire officials say the man set himself on fire by pouring gasoline over his body.
They believe he jumped over a wood fencing into the creek area starting a small vegetation fire in the Village.
Fire crews contained the fire.
The man sustained heavy burns and was airlifted to a burn center in Fresno.
Investigators are still working on figuring out the motive.
