Santa Barbara County Fire officials say the Olive Fire that broke out in Santa Ynez Tuesday afternoon was caused by two power lines coming together due to high winds.
Fire Captain David Sadecki says the fire burned 170 acres and is now 100 percent contained.
The fire stopped traffic on Highways 154 and 246 for a few hours Tuesday and an evacuation warning was issued to about 2,000 people in the area.
