First court appearance for shooting suspect

AURORA, Colo. (AP) - The man accused in the Colorado movie theater massacre that killed 12 people and injured 58 heads to his first court appearance this morning.
James Holmes will hear the charges against him. He faces suspicion of first degree murder, but could also face additional counts of aggravated assault and weapons violations.
