WASHINGTON (AP) - Jumping jacks. Football. Push-ups. Dancing.

Michelle Obama says she'll try anything to get kids up and moving - and she has.

The first lady released a short video Wednesday that shows all the different ways she's tried to promote active play as a way to combat childhood obesity.

She told a Partnership for a Healthier America conference that she's "pretty much willing to make a complete fool of out of myself to get our kids moving."

Mrs. Obama says there's a reason why she's been jumping rope and hula hooping and dancing to Beyonce. She says it's because she wants kids to see that there are all kinds of ways to be active. She adds: "And if I can do it, anybody can do it."
