Five local athletes set to sign letters of intent Thursday

At least five Central Coast high school female athletes are scheduled to sign national letters of intent on Thursday in signing ceremonies.

Arroyo Grande High will host a ceremony where volleyball star Alyssa Koenig will sign with Utah and water polo star Hannah Wadlow will officially commit to Sonoma State University.

Three softball stars will ink letters on Thursday. San Luis Obispo's Andrea Reynolds will sign with UC Davis, St. Joseph shortstop Dana Bouquet will commit to Notre Dame and Nipomo High ace Courtney Cuzick will sign a letter to the University of Pennsylvania.

Morro Bay High basketball star Hannah Gilbert signed with Cal Poly on Wednesday. Atascadero High girl's basketball star Mary Kate Evans will sign a letter to Cal Poly on Friday morning.
