The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County is still in need of donations for the Thanksgiving holiday.

It's extending its hours to receive more needed turkeys, food and funds.

The Foodbank has two Santa Barbara County locations. Both will be open today, the 19th, and tomorrow, the 20th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., the 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the 23rd and 24th from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those facilities are located at 490 West Foster Road in Santa Maria and 4554 Hollister Avenue in Santa Barbara.

As of this morning, 1,472 had been collected, but many more are still needed for next week.
