Foot pursuit and high-speed chase through Goleta on Highway 101

CHP and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office are involved in a pursuit of a person who originally led officers on a high-speed pursuit on Highway 101 that started in Goleta.

The person then led officers on a foot pursuit.
