Temps a little on the sluggish side to warm through Monday. There is an upper low just north of our area. It'll slide further north and bring us night and morning low clouds and fog from the coast into some valleys otherwise quite mild. (60s and 70s at the coast with mid-80s inland)
High pressure re-builds and should warm us up slowly but there will still be some night and morning clouds near the coast but it's extent inland will diminish.
In northern California there is a large upper low and it'll begin to move north tonight and tomorrow.
That low has helped to deepen the marine depth and getting some mild air into the valleys but it's departure will result in warmer afternoon temperatures a bit each day starting today although still remaining quite a bit below normal for this time of year.
Sunday will still see some slight warming but still end up at least several degrees below normal, looks like we are back to statistical averages by Tuesday.
