A former Cal Poly professor, charged with indecent exposure, was sentenced Monday to three years of formal probation for an incident at the campus library.
Shaun Kelly was a professor of agricultural engineering.
He resigned from his job last December, before school officials could hold a disciplinary hearing.
Kelly must pay some fines, register as a sex offender, and is subject to random search and seizure.
