Drugs, weapons and assault are among the list of things four Santa Maria residents are charged with, after a stabbing sends one man to the hospital.

Officers responded to Marian Medical Center to question 24-year-old Daniel Diaz, who was being treated for stab wounds.

Officers traced the suspect to a home in the 1200 block of South College. On a parole search of the home, officers found their suspect, 27-year-old Rudolfo Uriarte, hiding in a closet. They also found several guns and ammunition.

Three others in the home were also arrested, including 24-year-old Christina Aganza and 25-year-old Manual Aganza, both for for parole violations.

Michael Tipay was arrested on drug charges.
