French Hospital celebrates opening of Women's Health and Imaging Center

A new medical center in San Luis Obispo will provide its patients with a more relaxing setting for medical procedures.
The grand opening of the Women's Health and Imaging Center at French Hospital Medical Center took place on May 8.
The newly-renovated center is designed to have a spa-like setting. Patients will be greeted with luxurious bath robes, rather than hospital gowns, while they wait for their procedures.
The center is also equipped with the latest technology for ultrasound, digital mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, diagnostic procedures, and post-menopausal services. They are also the first center in San Luis Obispo County to offer a comprehensive resource center.
