French Hospital Medical Center supports a local man's mission to send supplies to troops overseas.

Korean War Veteran Si Tenenberg has been helping soldiers through his organization "Helping Soldiers in the Desert with Care Packages" since 2006.

His latest shipment went to combat troops in Afghanistan, to which F.H.M.C. donated seven cases of wet wipes, enough for more than 500 troops.

Tenenberg has shipped more than 5,000 care packages and said he will continue to do so as long as there are soldiers fighting overseas.
