French Hospital Medical Center (FHMC) has received three awards, two of them attributed to cardiac care. The hospital was recognized by Thomson Reuters as one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the United States for Cardiovascular Care. This is the second year in a row that FHMC has been honored with this award.
FHMC also received a 5-star rating for patient quality outcomes related to the treatment of heart attack from HealthGrades, the leading independent health care ratings organization.
HealthGrades has also named FHMC as the recipient of the HealthGrades Joint Replacement Excellence Award.
French Hospital Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital and a member of Catholic Heatlhcare West, the largest Catholic health care system based in the western United States with 42 hospitals and two medical practice groups in California, Arizona and Nevada.
