Frigon went 4 for 4 at the plate with 2 RBI in the victory. Austin Alarcon walked twice and singled and drove in one run.

Spencer Howard and Andy Garretson each threw three scoreless innings for Templeton. Chase Koehler tossed a scoreless seventh inning to close out the win for the 2-0 Eagles. Pioneer Valley dropped to 1-1.

Garretson also had two hits for Templeton, while Donald Syracuse hit a two-run single.

Templeton plays at Mission Prep next Tuesday at 3:30 pm before hosting Atascadero next Friday at 6 pm.
