The Army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 people at Ft. Hood last week, is officially charged with murder.
Investigators say more charges could be coming to Maj. Nidal Hasan. Ft. Hood officials are not saying what those other charges could be, but one possibility could be another murder charge. One of the 13 shooting victims was apparently pregnant when she died.
In the military's legal system, the murder charges would make Hasan eligible for the death penalty, if he is convicted.
