A Goleta drive-in theatre is reopening its doors for a special charity event.
Saturday, the West Wind Drive-In Theatre will show "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" as a part of a charity night to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. That drive-in has been dark for 19 years, but the screen and the lot have been restored for this event.
Gates open at 6:00p.m. and the movie begins at 7:30p.m. The theatre is located on the 907 S. Kellogg in Goleta.
A $5 donation is requested at the gate. All proceeds go to benefit the people of Haiti.
