Gov. Schwarzenegger appoints new SLO County Superior Court judge

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appoints a new San Luis Obispo County Superior Court judge.
Forty-three-year-old Jacquelyn Duffy will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Roger T. Picquet.
Duffy has worked as a deputy district attorney for the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office since 1997.
