Graduation ceremony Thursday for disaster preparedness training group

The Listos Spanish-Language Disaster Preparedness training program is introducing its latest group of graduates Thursday.

There will be a graduation ceremony for the first group from Paso Robles.

The ceremony starts at noon at the Paso Robles Link Offices, located at 1802 Chestnut Street.

The graduates completed an eight-week course where they learned how to create family communication plans, help people who have been injured, use fire extinguishers , and shut off utilities.
