Grand opening celebration for Morro Bay Visitor Center

The Morro Bay Visitor Center is celebrating its grand opening on Thursday.
The public is invited to tour the new center and meet the new executive director and staff.
Morro Bay's Visitor Center and Tourism Bureau is hosting the event, which takes place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 255 Morro Bay Boulevard.
"The City of Morro Bay is extremely excited to welcome Karin Moss and celebrate the grand opening of the visitor center," said Morro Bay City Manager Andrea Lueker. "This will enable Morro Bay to take tourism to an even higher level."
