Drinking Green Tea and coffee may help lower your risk of stroke.
Researchers in Japan asked more than 83,000 adults about their beverage habit, and followed them for an average of 13 years.
The more coffee and Green Tea people drank, the lower the odds people had of having a stroke.
Antioxidants in Green Tea called Catechins may play role because of their anti-inflammatory effect. Chemicals found in Coffee have been shown to lower the risk of type two diabetes.
