Grover Beach police release video of package theft

The Grover Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help tracking down two men who stole packages from outside someone's home.

They've released video of the theft, which they say happened just before 3:00 p.m. on April 21, at a home on the 900 block of Rockaway Avenue.

The video shows two men pull up in a dark-colored, early 2000s model Honda Civic. The passenger gets out, takes two boxes from the front porch of the home, gets back in the car, and the vehicle takes off.

Anyone who recognizes the car or people in this video is asked to call Sgt. Angelo Limon of the Grover Beach Police Department at (805) 473-4511. You can also contact Crime Stoppers with an anonymous tip by calling (805) 549-STOP or going to the website, www.slotips.org.
