Guadalupe to make final decision on medical marijuana dispensary ban

The city of Guadalupe will make its final decision Tuesday on whether to allow or ban medical marijuana dispensaries.
Two weeks ago, the city council unanimously voted to place a permanent ban on dispensaries in the city. But under state law, the resolution must be passed a second time.
If the ordinance passes again Tuesday night, the ban will go into effect 30 days later.
