You can learn how to save a life this Valentine's Day.
Medical professionals are teaching "Hands Only" CPR at several locations throughout Santa Barbara County.
Hands Helping Hearts is a collaboration between EMS agencies, fire departments, and ambulances in the county.
They want to train more adults in "Hands Only" CPR because they say it more than doubles a cardiac arrest victim's chance of survival.
They will be doing five-minute training sessions between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. On Feb. 14.
Locations:
Santa Maria Town Center Mall
Santa Maria Town Center Mall Courtyard
Albertsons Grocery Store in Orcutt
Albertsons Grocery Store in Carpinteria
Downtown Guadalupe
Vons Shopping Center in Lompoc
South Village Montecito (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
Paseo Nuevo Mall in Santa Barbara
