Has the wet weather hurt or helped ranchers?

We've seen quite a bit of rain this past week and one local rancher gives us his perspective on the wet weather. Paul McEnroe is with Rancho La Purisma in Buellton. He said the rain was needed and he expects 2010 to be a great year for his business. He also said the past years we've seen drought conditions and as a result, he lost money.
