A new study warns breast cancer patients to avoid high fat diary products.

Women who consumed one or more daily servings of high fat dairy had a 49 percent increased risk of dying from cancer from the disease.

Researchers say these products contain higher levels of estrogen which come from the milk of pregnant cows.

Estrogen exposure has been linked to breast cancer. Therefore breast cancer patients may want to avoid whole milk, ice cream, custard, cheeses, and yogurt.
