High speed chase backs up traffic on Hwy. 101

Traffic was backed up southbound Highway 101 Wednesday afternoon around 3:00 pm. due to a high speed chase. California Highway Patrol officers did not have more details on the chase and traffic began moving again at 3:13 p.m.
