Caltrans says Highway 1 at Pitkin's Curve in the Lucia area will be closed for three nights starting Sunday, November 24.
Crews will be installing bridge joint seal assemblies on the Highway 1 Bridge.
The closures will last from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next morning on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights.
To get around the closure, drivers should use Highway 46, Highway 101 and Highway 68.
The overall project includes a rockshed, bridge and retaining wall. It's expected to be completed in January. The cost is $29.5 million.
