Highway 1 offramp re-opens after small vehicle and brush fire

The Highway 1 offramp in Buellton re-opened Sunday night after being shut down for about 15 minutes.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a single vehicle crashed near the ramp around 7:22 p.m. The vehicle caught on fire and started a small brush fires. Officers quickly contained the fire.
They say no one was transported from the scene, but they don't know if the driver had any injuries or what caused the crash.
