Highway 101 onramp closed due to overturned oil tanker

The Southbound Highway 101 onramp in Orcutt is being shut down Tuesday morning because of an oil tanker on its side. It happened around 10:15 a.m. on the Highway 101 South onramp near Clark Avenue. A pedestrian was hit and taken to the hospital with moderate injuries. The tanker is leaking some oil onto the road.
