Dozen of home health care providers opposed to possible budget cuts took their message to county government officials
in Santa Maria this morning. The workers say they are concerned cuts could affect care for their clients who are elderly or vulnerable. They also expect more than one hundred workers could lose their jobs if the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors approves the cuts during budget meetings next week.
