Depending where you live on the Central Coast, your home may have increased in value.
That's according to DataQuick, which tracks real estate statistics.
On Friday, it released the latest home sale prices from October 2008 to October 2009.
In San Luis Obispo County, the median sales price of a home fell from $417,500 to $369,000.
In Santa Barbara County, the median sales price rose from $300,000 to $334,000.
