Homeless clinics expanding medical care

Santa Barbara County wants to provide more medical services to the homeless in the region. A county report from earlier this year identified 45 homeless deaths from January 2009-March 2010. Through expanded hours and more outreach, county organizers hope they can reduce that number and get the help to those who need it.
