ONTARIO, Calif. (AP) - Authorities searching for a missing Orange County trucker have found human remains in the backyard of an Ontario home.
Police Sgt. David McBride tells City News Service that teeth and charred bone fragments were found at the home during a four-day search last week.
San Bernardino County coroner's officials will determine whether they're the remains of Oscar Escobar.
The 29-year-old trucker from Laguna Hills vanished last August in Fontana after finishing a long-haul trip.
McBride says investigators discovered suspicious activity on Escobar's bank card and foul play was suspected.
The investigation led to the Ontario home.
No arrests have been made.
