Easter is Sunday but plenty of people across the Central Coast were celebrating Saturday.
An Egg Hunt Festival took over Nipomo Community Park.
There were games, pony rides, a bounce house and of course, an Easter egg hunt.
The event got great reviews from some of its younger participants.
"Easter is a great, it's a great day of the year, its great," said 11-year-old Bryan Geronaga. "I mean, it's a great day where you can come with family and enjoy the day."
"That's pretty fun, eating chocolate and all that," said 9-year-old Jakob Hernandez. "Just sometimes you get a stomach ache."
The Nipomo festival was just one of several events happening Saturday in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
