One day. One dollar. One big challenge to feed the hungry.

Donations continue to come in for Hunger Awareness Day, with $30,000 raised by 11:45a.m in San Luis Obispo County. The San Luis Obispo County Food Bank Coalition and Santa Barbara County Food Bank are working to raise enough money in one day to feed all of the people who go hungry on the Central Coast. They are now $120,000 away from reaching that goal.

For just $1, the food bank can provide 10 pounds worth of food. That's seven meals! To do your part, click here for donation locations, or donate online by clicking here. You can also visit any Rabobank location in San Luis Obispo County or Northern Santa Barbara County.
